Here we answer the most frequently asked questions about your stay at Alpinhotel Pacheiner. Additionally, you will find questions about activities on the Gerlitzen mountain and in the surrounding area. If you have any further questions, we look forward to your call or online inquiry!
How to arrive?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure. Upon request, it may be possible to stay in your room for a longer period.
How does the arrival work?
Have you arrived before 3 pm? You're probably tired... feel at home with us until your room is ready for check-in.
Do you recieve bathrobes, slippers & bag?
Certainly. We have already packed your bathing bag, you just need to take it and you can relax in our sauna and panoramic relaxation room.
Is there a bar?
Yes! Treat yourself to a drink at our bar in the main building. The opening time depence on the frequency. Please note that the closing time can vary daily. Depending on the requests of our guest. Maximum open time is midnight.
How does the booking and payment prodess work?
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, the reservation is binding, and a deposit to our account is required within 10 days from the booking date.
Is there a fitness room
Yes! Our fitness panorama room is open for you from 08:00 to 21:00. You can work out and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view at the same time.
Do you offer fondue or raclette?
By appointment you can treat your taste buds to fondue or raclette. If you're a vegetarian, you can also enjoy a cheese fondue. (for groups of 5 or more) If you prefer to have fondue instead of your dinner, we can offer it to you for an additional charge of €15 per person.
Breakfast and dinner
Hearty breakfast buffet from 8 am to 10 am. 5-course culinary delights from the Pacheiner kitchen from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Summit spa
Our outdoor infinity pool, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room, including the alpine wellness meadow, are located on the ground floor. Open daily from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Access is permitted for guests aged 16 and above. (axcept infinity outdoor pool)!
Dogs are allowed in the hotel?
Dogs are welcome in our hotel. We charge €19.00 per day for your four-legged companion, excluding food.
Do you provide Wlan in the hotel?
There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
Additional pillows
Additional pillows and blankets are available upon request. We have a variety of pillow options to choose from.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in our entire hotel, including all hotel rooms. We kindly ask you to go outside to smoke and enjoy the fresh air, so that our new hotel can maintain its new and fresh scent. Ashtrays are available in front of the main entrance or at the entrance to the Alpengasthof.
What are the reception hours?
Our reception is staffed from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for our guests.
Can I borrow snowshoes?
We also offer rental of snowshoes for a beautiful snowshoe hike around the summit of Gerlitzen: € 15,00 per day.
Is there a safe in the room?
All our rooms are equipped with a safe. We kindly ask you to store your valuables inside it. We do not assume any liability for valuables that are not kept in the safe.
Is there a shop in the hotel?
Of course, we also have a small shop where you can browse. Pacheiner fashion, Kiwanis Coffeebags, and much more can be found in our Pacheiner Shop.
Is it possible to book a seminar room?
You are welcome to use our seminar room for meetings and conferences. For more information, please inquire at the reception.
Where can I get skis and ski passes?
You can get your one-day or multi-day ski pass directly at the reception and conveniently charge it to your room. If you need to rent skis or ski boots, you can do so at the mid-station. Just hop on the 4-seater chairlift and easily reach the ski rental area.
How much is the local tourist tax?
The local tourist tax and overnight tax amount to € 2.10.
Table tennis table (in winter only)
Our table tennis table is located in the recreation or fitness room on the ground floor. You can borrow rackets and balls at the reception, and we kindly ask you to return them after your game.
Newspaper
Magazines can be found in the lounge area near the fireplace.
