Prices

The prices of the apartments are per night for 4 persons on a self-catering basis and without hotel services, plus a local tax of € 2.10 per night. All other services included in the price can be found under the Pacheiner advantages.

We reserve the right to change prices. Previous prices are no longer valid upon the publication of new price lists.

Rooms

Please note that there may be variations from the images and floor plans shown within the categories. The double rooms Sonnblick and Hochalm have a terrace or balcony.

Confirmation of specific room numbers or floors is not possible. However, we are happy to take your requests and will do our best to fulfill them.

Short and weekend bookings ....

......... are only possible upon short-term request. If it doesn't work out right away, we are happy to assist you in finding alternative dates or put you on the waiting list.

Children´s discounts .....

… apply when staying in the room with two full-paying adults in a double room, with three full-paying adults in a suite, and with four full-paying adults in an apartment.

• Children from 0.0 to 2.9 years receive a 90% discount on the adult price (we are happy to provide a baby bed free of charge upon request).
• From 3.0 to 5.9 years 80% discount on the adult price.
• Children aged from 6.0 to 11.9 years receive a 65% discount on the adult price.
• From 12.0 to 16.9 years old, the discount is 50% off the adult price.

It counts the age of the children upon arrival.

Saunabereich

Um unseren Gästen eine bestmögliche Erholung zu gewährleisten, ist der Saunabereich mit dem Panorama-Ruheraum den Erwachsenen vorbehalten. Für Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahre ist der Zutritt in den Saunabereich nicht gestattet! Unser beheizter Infinit Außenpool steht auch unseren kleinen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Booking confrimation/Deposit

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the reservation is binding, and a deposit to our account is required within 10 days of booking.

The deposit amounts to 30% of the total reservation amount, but minimum € 100,-- per person.

Check-in and Check-out of rooms

On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

On the day of departure, check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Late check-out until 6:00 PM with use of the wellness area is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

                 In winter: € 27,- per person

                 In summer: € 41,- (incl. use of pool and afternoon snack)

Arrival

In winter, check-in is only possible until 8:00 PM. After that time, snow removal is not guaranteed.

• Winter tires and snow chains are mandatory!
• In summer there is a road charge of €9,- once, additional rides are free. You will receive a map from us.
• There is no road charge in winter.

Lost and found

Lost and found items will only be sent upon request and at the guest's own risk and expense. The hotel reserves the right to keep lost and found items for a maximum of 6 months.

Underground parking space

Please reserve the underground parking space at the time of booking - limited spaces available at €14.50 per day per vehicle.

Dogs

Pets are welcome upon request (except on the 1st floor). For this reason, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you are planning to bring your four-legged friend. The cost is € 25.00 per dog per night (excluding food). We ask that you keep your dog on a leash in the hotel and not leave them alone outside the room. Please bring your own dog blanket or bed, as well as poop bags. Beds, chairs, couches, and benches are not intended for use by dogs.

An additional cleaning fee of up to € 200.00 may be charged. In case of any damages, we reserve the right to charge your pet liability insurance. For the consideration of other guests, pets are not allowed in the wellness area or on the sunbathing lawn. However, your dog is welcome in the inn. Thank you for your understanding.

Other

• Bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers are provided in every room.
• Local tax and tourist tax: € 2.10 per person/night for guests aged 16 years and over.
• Parking: free of charge
• Underground parking: €16.00 per day and car.

Additional informationen

Please note that our entire hotel and restaurant are non-smoking areas. Our designated smoking areas are located on the two outdoor terraces and in front of the hotel entrance. If smoking occurs in the rooms, we will charge additional cleaning costs. The room may not be available for use, so we charge a fee up to a maximum of € 385.

Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Protection

There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival. However, we reserve the right to withhold a processing and administrative fee of €20.00 for the handling and possible refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations up to one month before your arrival date will incur a 40% charge.
• Cancellations made up to 1 week before your arrival date will be charged 70% of the total price.
• Cancellation within the last week will be charged at 90% of the total price.
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total price.
  We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
• In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006 apply as agreed
